The Order Process:
The order will be sent to us usually via fax or email. We will review the order and decide if there is any more information we need before proceeding to schedule the appointment.

Appointment:
We will make immediate contact with the borrower, purchaser, agent, tenant, or owner to come out to the property and do the inspection. Depending on the lender and appraisal type, we will be taking digital pictures of the exterior and interior of the property. We will also be drawing the floor plan of the property to enter into the appraisal report.

Data Collection:
We will collect data from our own data sources for the appraisal. If you live in a condo or PUD, please have your HOA (home owners association) information available.

Report:
We use the most up to date appraisal reporting software in the industry.

Delivery:
Upon completion of the report, it will delivered to the intended party.
